1. The item should be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packing;
2. The item returned/exchanged should not be used;
3. Shipping cost will not be refunded;
4. If the product is faulty; item will be exchanged without any shipping cost;
5. Contact us within two days if a damaged product is received due to shipment;
6. If you change your mind; item will be exchanged and shipping cost will apply; and
7. If you change your mind and want to cancel the order; you will have to pay the shipping cost if the order has already been dispatched.
