Bathing in a lemongrass infused salt water revitalizes and invigorates the body. It manages to boost positive outlook so a good mood is an added bonus when it comes to bathing in lemongrass!

Directions: Fill bath tub with about 3 inches of hot water to completely cover the bottom. Generously add bath salts and let them dissolve. Fill tub with very warm but not hot water to bring it to a comfortable temperature. Allow 20-30 minutes to relax in the water, soaking every part of your body. Do not use soap or rinse off the water.
