The Salt Inhaler is an easy drug-free way of cleansing out nose, throat and lungs. HeaLiv combines modern and ancient techniques of salt therapy with salt crystals present inside the inhaler’s chamber. As you breathe, natural moisture in the air absorbs the salt particles into the lungs, which can help with sinus problems, asthma, the common cold, allergies, hay fever and congestion.

Place the salt crystals inside the chamber. With your mouth inhale from the chamber and exhale from your mouth. DO NOT exhale in the chamber. Repeat the process for 20 minutes everyday. Children old enough to understand the directions can use under adult supervision.

Salt needs to be replaced after a year.
